I'm a LA & MD based Screenwriter on multiple Emmy nominated animated children's series. ​​​

I've spent the majority of my professional career in the industry at Nickelodeon Animation Studios going from Pre-school Development Intern, to Production Assistant, to Production Coordinator, Script Coordinator, Freelance Writer, to my latest role as the Staff Writer for Nickelodeon's "Big Nate". These experiences have made me a well rounded writer who deeply understands production needs and capabilities. I'm a creative problem solver with story always at the forefront of my mind. Before my time at NAS, I PA'ed on several live action commercial productions as well as wrote and shot on a live action children's series based in Baltimore, MD. ​​

 

When I'm not working, I'm likely to be found listening to an audiobook while walking my dog, pulling a tarot card with my cat on my lap, asking if I can "have a side of ranch with that" at the nearest diner, or watching a horror film followed by an NBC sitcom palate cleanser.

My favorite characters to write are often spooky, complex, and/or angsty female leads with dysfunctional family dynamics through a comedic lens.

I've also lived many lives as: an amateur standup comedian, nanny, lifeguard, dog walker, event planner (working with talent like Amy Schumer, Steve Aoki, and Juicy J), social media manager, videographer, blogger, freelance copywriter, hand model, summer camp counselor at a Montessori school, swim coach, proofreader, and college sports marketing intern.
